Overall the concept is great given this digital era, but placing an order online was a bit slower than calling it in. Previously, someone would pick up the telephone when you called a refill order in, but this last time, navigating the phone voicemail system was a nightmare, so I turned to submitting my refill request online. It was nice and easy, but I got a call back to confirm receipt of the order about 2 days later. If I was out of medication, that would've not resulted well. Having said that I think this will improve with time.
