General Shipping Policy
For Prescriptions:
- FREE 1-3 business day delivery almost anywhere in Ontario
- FREE 3- 5 business days for the rest of Canada
NOTE: We cannot deliver prescription medication to P.O. boxes.
For over-the-counter medications and everyday pharmacy items:
- Ontario:
- Standard delivery will arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
- The minimum order value for free delivery in Ontario is $75 (before taxes & after discounts).
- For orders under $75 across Ontario, our delivery charge is $12.99.
- For the rest of Canada:
- Standard delivery will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
- For orders outside of Ontario, a delivery charge will apply.
NOTE: Expedited/Same day delivery available for a fee. Speak to pharmacy team member for details.
Student VIP
Delivery of prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and everyday pharmacy items is FREE to your Student Union’s office where available (conditions apply). Speak to a pharmacy team member for details.
